UNIKA HOLDINGS COMPANY LIMITED (hereafter “the Company”) will protect the personal information of every customer or potential customer (hereafter “individual”) on the basis of the following policy.

Whenever personal information is obtained, the Company will state as specifically as possible the purposes for which it is to be used, and will obtain such information through lawful and honest means.

The Company will use personal information within the scope of the purposes of use stated at the time it was obtained, within the limits required for the performance of its work. Should a need arise to use an individual’s personal information beyond the scope of the purposes previously stated to the individual, the Company will notify the individual of such additional need and obtain the individual’s agreement prior to such additional use.

The Company will not furnish personal information to any third party without obtaining the consent of the individual involved, except as prescribed in a law or ordinance.

The Company will take reasonable safety precautions regarding any risks to the personal information it is handling, and will take preventive and corrective actions against improper access to personal information and loss, destruction, alteration or leakage of personal information.

The Company will respond without delay to any complaint, inquiry or request for consultation from an individual regarding the handling of his or her personal information.

In order to implement this Privacy Policy, the Company will make it known to all employees of the Company and to all companies in the Unika Group, as a policy to be enforced and maintained with continuous improvement.
